With us, you can return or exchange your watch for 100 days after delivery.
In the event of a return/exchange, a shipping fee of 10 EUR will be charged. If a package that has been sent from us is not collected, we will charge a fee for freight and handling costs of 20 EUR. This fee will then remain on your invoice, or will be deducted from the amount you would receive back after we have processed the return.
In order for us to take back a watch that you wish to return or exchange, the watch must not have been visibly used and we need to receive all accessories for the watch such as the box, instruction manuals, protective labels and associated tools.
Improper, systematic or willful use of our services, including but not limited to open purchase, exchange, return, damage protection, cancellation, order, protection, warranty, complaint, inquiry, trade-in, valuation may be denied, blocked, reported to the police and / or ignored if it is done with impure intent
